YoungShip Monaco is a non-profit organisation founded under the auspices of the renowned YoungShip International and created for the benefit and support of the younger members of the whole maritime industry in Monaco.

YoungShip Monaco was formed with the main goal to allow young leaders to promote sustainability and innovation throughout the various sectors of shipping and yachting.

We welcome members from all areas of the Shipping & Yachting industries who share our passion and belief that the future of the industry relies on the commitment and resourcefulness of the next generation.

YoungShip Monaco welcomes all Maritime Professionals up to the age of 40 to become Members.

Each Member will have the following benefits:

  • The opportunity to increase interaction among young professionals within the Shipping & Yachting industries and strengthen their connections with other members
  • Access to relevant conferences and summits in Monaco
  • Attend social and networking events organized by YoungShip Monaco
