YoungShip Hamburg e.V.

Hamburg is often called "Germanys Gate to the world" and has a long and famous shipping history. The Hamburg branch was founded in Summer 2016 by young professionals from various parts of the maritime industry. We want to connect the people working in this industry and give a platform to exchange knowledge and information.

We welcome anyone, up to 40-year-old, working in ship related industries, for example persons from companies such as ship owners, managers, brokers, operators, financial institutions, insurance, technical- and judicial consultants. Our goal is to enhance skills and build both social and professional networks for our members located in or close to Hamburg. YoungShip Hamburg e.V. is a not-for-profit organisation and our activities are primarily financed through a yearly membership fee from registered members, general support from collaborating businesses and organisations and sponsorship from businesses participating in each event.
