A team building cooking course with local history was held 19th October 2019.
Following a successful conference, Sixteen YoungShip Møre members joined for a lighter event with focus on team building. Klippfiskakademiet provided an insight into the Ålesund’s fishing history and bacalao with some thought invoking questions from the audience. Four teams were formed and everyone pitched in to make dinner and tested out a number of recipes. Dinner, with an unusual desert of chocolate cake and dried fish, roundedup a relaxed and inspiring afternoon.
