An International firm that operates in the energy and oil sector, is looking to recruit a Trader’s assistant for their expanding offices in Limassol.
Job Responsibilities:
• Following up on contracts and negotiations
• Coordinating with counterparties
• Assisting and reporting to the Head of Trading
• Providing direct administrative support including word processing, compiling meeting materials and preparing presentations.
• Scheduling and coordinating external meetings for the Trading team and team members.
• Supporting the projects implemented by the company
• Following up on ship schedule/operations
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Economics/ Oil & Gas Management as an advantage
• 2+ experience in a similar position- a must
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint- a must
• Computer savvy
• Self-starter/able to work with limited guidance
• Demonstrable experience of coordinating complex projects
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
• Ability to cope with rapid business growth and pressurised environment
• Willingness and ability to work flexible hours at times
• Fluent in Russian and English
